SILOXANE BASED WATER REPELLENT FOR CONCRETE AND MASONRY

Water Stopper WB is a ready to use, penetrating, colorless, non-yellowing, breathable siloxane based concrete and masonry water repellent treatment compound.  Once applied, Water Stopper WB   chemically reacts with the substrate and forms long life water repellent groups that crosslink into a polysiloxane compound.  Surfaces treated with Water Stopper WB are protected against the damaging effects of water intrusion, de-icing chemicals, freeze-thaw exposure, acid rain, airborne impurities and most other atmospheric chemicals without altering the appearance or texture of the treated substrate.  Water Stopper WB is formulated to protect vertical above grade concrete and masonry surfaces such as precast, tilt up and monolithic concrete, concrete block, natural or cast stone and brick masonry, as well as protecting horizontal concrete wearing surfaces.  Water Stopper WB is recommended for both interior and exterior use.

COMPOSITION: Oligomeric alkylalkoxy siloxane micro-emulsion in water. Contains less than 100 g/L (2.08 lbs. /gal.) volatile organic compounds. Meets existing VOC (VOM) regulations for Waterproofing Sealers under the EPA’s National AIM (Architectural and Industrial Maintenance) listings for all states including OTC, LADCO, CARB, and SCAQMD.
