SINGLE COMPONENT URETHANE INJECTION RESIN
U-Mix® Flex Foam Injection Resin is a single component, low viscosity polyurethane resin used for sealing water leaks through cracks in concrete structures. U-Mix® Flex Foam reacts with water expanding in a free rise state 10 to 15 times the original volume. This reaction produces an impermeable, closed cell, hydrophobic type, flexible foam that displaces water and tenaciously adheres to the damp substrate. The flexibility of the cured U-Mix® Flex Foam resin allows movement at the existing crack, thereby preventing transfer of stress to other areas of the structure. Typical uses include repair of leaking cracks or joints in both residential and commercial applications such as basements, garages, and parking structures.
BENEFITS:
- Single cartridge allows for application by regular caulk gun with a twist on application nozzle (no separate static mixing nozzle needed).
- Single cartridge size is ideal for small size crack repairs where pump injection is not practical.
